Read the SendGecko terms governing Telegram automation, workspace management, licensing, payments, and acceptable use.

By accessing or using SendGecko, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description
SendGecko is a Telegram automation and workspace management software designed to help users manage multiple Telegram accounts with controlled daily limits and structured automation.
We are not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SendGecko.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all local laws and regulations.
3. License
When purchasing SendGecko, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
You may not:
- Resell the software
- Reverse engineer the application
- Bypass license restrictions
- Share activation credentials beyond your allowed device limit
4. Plan Limits
Each subscription plan includes:
- Daily message capacity
- Telegram account limits
- Device activation limits
If limits are exceeded, activation or message sending may be restricted.
These limits are enforced automatically by the system.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use SendGecko for:
- Spam campaigns
- Illegal activity
- Fraud
- Harassment
- Violating Telegram's policies
You assume full responsibility for how you use automation features.
6. Payments
We currently accept USDT (BSC network).
All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
Future card payments will be handled via secure third-party processors.
We do not store full card information.
7. No Guarantee of Results
SendGecko provides automation tools.
We do not guarantee:
- Account growth
- Revenue
- Message delivery success
- Avoidance of Telegram restrictions
Telegram policies may change at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
SendGecko is provided "as is" without warranties.
We are not liable for:
- Telegram account bans
- Message delivery failures
- Financial losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use the software at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is detected
- License misuse occurs
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of SendGecko constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
